Ordering Information
We value our customers and have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. Click here to open the link to our PDF order form. Please fill in all information on the form to allow us to process your order as quick as possible. Please supply image number, product type, and quantity. Or you can simply send us an email with your phone number and we will contact you by phone. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or direct debit. Tell us your preferred method when you contact us. All orders will incur a postage fee which we will let you know as soon as the order is ready to be sent.

Australian Orders
Once an order is received with full payment we will endeavor to send out the complete order in a timely fashion. Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing and postage times.

International Orders
Please note that for all international orders (orders delivered outside Australia) you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient countries Governments on arrival in your Country.

For all international orders, all additional charges for Customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you., the customer. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of photography’s or photo products. We are not authorized by international governments to charge import duties on their behalf.
